Since January 1, 2014, § 17a UStDV in Germany requires seamless proof for intra-community deliveries that the goods have actually arrived at the recipient. Without this proof, there is a risk of losing the tax exemption, which can lead to significant financial risks and additional effort during tax audits.

- Automated document creation – For every intra-community order or delivery note, the add-on generates a proof of arrival with all legally required information (customer, quantity, product description, place & month of receipt, date of issue).
- Dispatch & return via e-mail – Your customer automatically receives an e-mail with the relevant order and delivery note numbers and confirms receipt of the goods by reply.
- Audit-proof archiving – Positive feedback is stored directly on the delivery note in accordance with GoBD; missing or negative returns are escalated for follow-up.
