Freight costs are a significant cost factor in many companies and, unfortunately, often contain errors. Different tariffs, many invoice items, unclear additional costs: Manual checks are time-consuming and often only lead to random checks.
Digital freight cost verification – fully integrated
TCC automatically reads invoice files from e-mails or via manual upload and compares each individual item with stored freight tariffs and the actual delivery times. This also checks date-related price components, including additional costs that only appear on the paper invoice document. The relevant shipment data comes directly from your shipping control system (e.g., Heidler HVS) and enables automatic assignment. In the case of disputed items, the user can specifically grant the freight forwarder access, including a comment function and credit memo assignment.
