(Senior) Project Manager Oracle (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are looking for a (Senior) Project Manager Oracle (m/f/d) to join our team in Holzkirchen, either hybrid or remote, at the earliest possible date.

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Responsibility for the overall planning, execution, and tracking of ERP projects
    • Development of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgeting, and resource management
    • Ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines

  • Implementation and Rollout:
    • Leading the implementation process, including coordinating system configuration, data migration, and system testing
    • Organizing training sessions
    • Ensuring a smooth go-live and post-go-live support (including cutover planning)

  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Regular communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
    • Presenting project status and progress to the SteerCo and other relevant committees
    • Conflict and risk management

  • Quality Assurance:
    • Monitoring compliance with quality standards and best practices
    • Conducting risk analyses and developing risk management strategies
    • Ensuring the documentation of all relevant project information and decisions

Your profile

  • Work Experience and Expertise:
    • Several years of experience in leading ERP projects, preferably in the Oracle environment
    • Proven successes in the successful implementation and management of ERP systems

  • Education and Qualifications:
    • Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage

  • Professional and Personal Competencies:
    • Excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools (preferably Jira)
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
    • High initiative and resilience
    • Very good German and English language skills
