Agile NetSuite ERP Implementation at Arive
Success Stories, Success Stories
About arive:
Arive delivers high-quality products from the fields of technology, lifestyle, fitness, as well as cosmetics and care products within a very short time directly to the front door via e-bikes and e-cargo bikes.
In order to meet the challenges faced by a start-up company in the e-commerce sector, such as complex processes that are constantly changing and limited project resources, PDG consistently implemented the project with agile project management.
"With PDG’s agile attitude, monitoring and controlling tools throughout the entire business analysis, prototype building, and ready-to-use solutions, it was clear from the very beginning of our collaboration that we were working in a challenging and truly agile environment."
- Ruben Baptista, Head of Systems Implementation
