Primus Solutions AG is a Member of the “Familienpakt Bayern” (Family Pact Bavaria).
Primus Solutions AG, part of the PRIMUS DELPHI GROUP GmbH, is now a member of the Bavaria-wide initiative "Familienpakt Bayern."

Our economy will only remain attractive to skilled workers and thus competitive in the future if we create a family-friendly climate. We want to contribute to this out of conviction. Every measure counts. The 'Familienpakt Bayern' provides me with suggestions and information and offers me a platform to exchange ideas with other companies about very specific measures," says Alexander Bensch, the responsible board member at Primus Solutions AG.
Primus has been offering remote workplaces and home office arrangements for its employees for more than 20 years. Modern personal IT equipment, the use of video conferences and a great deal of individual freedom in the design of office attendance times enable location-independent work and thus create the necessary flexibility for families. Primus sees part-time models and independent work organization in the teams as essential instruments for reconciling family and career.
In the future, Primus intends to further promote the use of agile methods and tools in project management. This should make it even easier to balance the challenges in customer projects and the simultaneous realization of compatibility.

V. and the Bavarian chamber of crafts (BHT) are pursuing the goal of raising awareness of the future topic of reconciling family and career in the corporate perception. Bavarian employers receive new impulses, specialist information and practical assistance to improve their internal family friendliness. In addition, the 'Familienpakt Bayern' enables companies to network with each other and exchange information about the challenges of a family-friendly personnel policy.
