New SaaS Solution for E-Invoice Management
Primus Solutions presents new SaaS solution for e-invoice management in Oracle E-Business Suite® (EBS).
Holzkirchen, 2024-06-26 - Primus Delphi Group GmbH presents its latest innovation: Primus E-Invoice Management (PEM), a software-as-a-service solution specifically designed for users of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Pem enables companies to effortlessly and automatically comply with the legal requirements for accepting e-invoices (X-Rechnung or ZUGFeRD) that will apply from January 2025.
The new solution addresses a critical challenge for companies using the Oracle E-Business Suite as their ERP system. From 2025, companies in Germany must be technically able to accept and process e-invoices. This requirement arises from the Growth Opportunities Act. PEM offers a simple and cost-effective way to meet the new requirement without having to make complex adjustments to the existing EBS system.
Günther Andres, CEO of Primus Solutions AG, emphasizes the uniqueness of PEM: "With PEM, we are providing another tool to make it easier for companies to handle the Oracle E-Business Suite. Regarding e-invoicing, you will currently not find a solution on the market that enables the processing of e-invoices in EBS faster and easier."
Pem is characterized by the following advantages:
1. Automated processing of e-invoices
2. Simple implementation and operation
3. Cost-efficient SaaS solution
4. Seamless integration into the Oracle e-business suite (direct import of supplier invoices)
5. Full compliance with the legal requirements applicable from 2025
6. Optional: approval workflow, PDF processing, archiving
Companies using the Oracle e-business suite can now prepare for the new regulatory changes in good time with Pem and make their processes future-proof.
