Press release: Primus NXT GmbH starts as digital transformation partner

Holzkirchen, September 10, 2026 The Primus Group has founded Primus NXT GmbH. The company focuses on supporting transformation projects – from process optimization and cloud ERP systems to the implementation of AI-supported automation. Its industry focus is on software, consulting, and platform companies.

“At Primus NXT, digital transformation follows a clear sequence: process, system landscape, enablement, adoption,” explains Julian Schneider, Managing Director of Primus NXT GmbH. “We do not start with the question of systems, but with the process. The architecture follows from this – and it should be as lean as possible. We use AI selectively where it delivers measurable value. And that value is only created when the organization truly puts the new processes into practice.”

Primus NXT supports companies from the initial concept through to operational delivery. Implementation is handled by a team with expertise in project management, process consulting, software development, and change management.

Primus Solutions AG will become PRIMUS Holding AG, with two independent operating units. Primus Solutions GmbH will remain the point of contact for Oracle E-Business Suite and System Services, while Primus NXT GmbH will be responsible for the cloud ERP business, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite. The aim of the new structure is to provide specialized support for the requirements of each target group.
