…and began the selection process for a future-proof ERP solution in 2019 to replace the legacy DATEV system.
At the top of the "Cluno wish list" were

Clear decision for Oracle NetSuite
In the tendering process, which was accompanied by a consulting agency, PDG impressed with its implementation offer for the ERP cloud solution Oracle NetSuite. At the end of October 2019, the project "NetSuite implementation at Cluno GmbH" was launched. The team relied on the implementation approach "Minimum product functionality (MPF)". The goal of this method is to put the investment into operation as quickly as possible by focusing on the absolutely necessary functionalities. In a subsequent “optimization phase”, the optimization points should then be planned and addressed according to urgency.

With the scalable ERP cloud application Oracle NetSuite, Cluno GmbH is equipped for future expansion. Modern, meaningful reporting supports decision-making processes and serves to fulfill legal requirements in the area of accounting and financial reporting. The desired connections to the CRM and the payment tool, as well as the automated invoice approval with connection to an OCR and archiving system, were realized and now accelerate internal processes.
With the successful go-live on April 1, 2020, Cluno started as planned with the defined scope of functions, even though extensive testing accompanied by PDG was only possible remotely. Cluno can integrate additional NetSuite functionalities at any time and thus drive the automation of further processes.

A car subscription is suitable for anyone who wants to be mobile with their own car. Cluno thinks all processes around the car completely digitally and innovatively.
